Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

For personalized orders, please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before shipping.

Production time may vary during high demand and public holiday periods.

Shipping Options & Fees - IRELAND

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays).

We use AnPost shipping service, delivery times vary 2-5 working days.

Free shipping is offered for orders placed €50 and above.

Shipping fee for orders below €50 is a fixed cost of €7.50

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! Delivery times and fees are calculated based on the destination and order size. Customers will receive an estimate at checkout. Please note that customs fees and duties may apply at the shipping destination depending on your location.

Notifications

You will receive notification at the following stages:

  1. Order is placed

  2. Production is complete

  3. Order shipped

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer refunds, returns, and exchanges for our products for up to 30 days after you receive them. The product must be returned to Mayo Dogs.ie in the same condition as it was received, showing no sign of wear/usage.

Return cost must be covered by the Customer.

All returns, refunds and exchanges must be agreed between Customer and Mayo Dogs.ie prior to arranging a return.
